MOK Foundation Donates N400,000 To Registered Members in Kaiama LG in Kwara
In Kaiama town, nestled in the heart of Kwara State, a sense of hope and excitement filled the air. The MOK Foundation Movement, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering rural communities, had just announced a donation of N400,000 to its first set of registered members in Kaiama Local Government Area.
For 32-year-old single mother, Aisha, this donation was a lifeline. Aisha, who had been struggling to make ends meet, had recently registered with the MOK Foundation Movement in hopes of finding support. With the money she received, Aisha plans to start a small business selling fresh produce at the local market.
"I was skeptical at first, but this donation has given me the courage to start anew," Aisha said, beaming with gratitude.
Another beneficiary, 25-year-old Fatimah, plans to use her N10,000 share to pay for his education expenses. "This donation has taken a huge burden off my shoulders," Fatimah said. "I can now focus on my studies and achieve my dreams."
The MOK Foundation Movement's donation was more than just a financial gift; it was a symbol of hope and empowerment. As the beneficiaries received their donations, they knew that they were not alone in their struggles. The foundation's leadership and members were committed to supporting them every step of the way.
"This is just the beginning," said the founder of the Foundation, QS Muyiden Okumlola Kayode. "We are committed to making a positive impact in Kiama LG and beyond. We believe in the potential of our members and will continue to support them in every way we can."
As the ceremony came to a close, the beneficiaries and foundation members alike left with a renewed sense of purpose and hope for a brighter future. The MOK Foundation Movement's N400,000 donation had ignited a spark in Kiama LG, and its impact would be felt for days to come
